At Battle Born Legacy Acres, we are dedicated to giving senior, at-risk, and special needs animals a second chance at life. As an all-volunteer sanctuary, every act of care we provide is made possible through donations, fundraising, and grants. Your support helps us rescue, heal, and give lifelong sanctuary to those who have been forgotten, neglected, or left behind. Together, we can end suffering and create a safe haven for animals in need.
The Braveheart Sponsorship Program allows donors to walk alongside wounded animals in their journey of healing, serving as the hands and feet of Christ while transforming fear into faith and survival into sanctuary.

Seniors for Seniors Program + Future Cat Cafe
Our mission is to create a compassionate, connected community where both people and animals can thrive. We are working to develop outreach programs that help seniors keep their beloved pets, and to assist with placement or compassionate end-of-life care when pet owners are no longer able to provide for them. Our future plans include opening a welcoming cat café, where visitors can enjoy the company of adoptable cats, and creating an educational farm that serves people of all ages while supporting local farmers. Part of our farm is a sanctuary for wild horses, and we are committed to offering resources, guidance, and opportunities for those interested in adopting wild horses and burros. Through every program, our goal is to inspire kindness, foster understanding, and strengthen the bond between humans, animals, and the land we share.

We provide not only safe shelter, but also the medical, dental, and farrier care they need, along with specialized diets to keep them healthy and strong. Many arrive with unique challenges that require extra attention, love, and resources. Your generosity helps us give them the dignity, comfort, and joy they deserve for the rest of their days.

We are a proud veteran-owned, family-operated farm with over 30 years of experience in animal rescue and rehabilitation, dedicated to giving animals a second chance at life.
Safe Haven for Animals
